Wars are waged upon the sod,
As battles storm the skies.
Greed and lust and pestilence,
Have scourged Earth's paradise.

Man believes he owns the land,
The seas and air we breathe,
But these are just on loan to us ~
This bounty we receive.

Man should look beyond himself,
Have respect and love for all.
For without the Saving Grace of God,
Mankind would slip and fall.

So many of our blessings are taken for granted, misused and abused ~ and Mankind abuses one another. This doesn't make Our Father very happy. But for His Saving Grace, our world would come a tumblin', tumblin' down...
