The gentle breezes of the wind
Whispering quietly in my ear
Sunsets, sunrises and a cloud
Ever seeming to be so near

A smile on a little baby's face
Or a pretty bird singing in a tree
My little dog running and playing
Or a butterfly who flies free

The moon, stars, and velvet skies
The sunrays or raindrops on the ground
Color of flowers of every kind
With their fragrances all around

And found within all of these
Are written words of poetry
Right there in the midst of all
You and your love I clearly see

I find that thinking about the ones we love brings out the best poetry at times Ethel.
