Search and Look

I touch and feel along the way
And search and look beyond my stay
I conjure up a castles keep
With mortar of my tears of weep

I charge into each night of store
Searching for the evermore
Place a rose upon its lace
And see in it your lovely face

But each new morn eludes the will
The distance does not change but still
Desires fire lights the goal
I cannot stop my hungry soul

Is it a myth of generate
A moment of incorporate
Or is it but illusions mime
That juggles with the sands of time

I seek to see around the bend
Or do I wish desires end?

Yes, isn't that how we all are at times...

Is it a myth of generate
A moment of incorporate
Or is it but illusions mime
That juggles with the sands of time

No, it is but a moment of time, which sometimes gives us so many options and opportunities.

Good Morning Sy my friend...lovely smooth write, very much enjoyed.

How lovely this reads Sy!
Good sunny morning to you!
Time for a cup of tea with me?

Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.

If that keen desire were to end?
Would that mean, no words would bend?
Methinks I could not bear the thought,
of a pen held aloft, in dry rot...

Keep the desire, hold fast the muse...

So, Sir T., I say unto thee:

Desire keeps one's soul afire!
Keep on dreaming and build a pyre!
The heat will keep your spirits high!
So shoot your flames up to the sky!

This is excellent, my friend... and however aggravating it may be at times to never sip from total satisfaction, I think those who never lose the hunger are the lucky ones. *S*

Granted... a few extra feedings from that cup of satiation would be nice??? LOL
