I’m overwrought by indecisiveness, Truly sickened to the thick of my heart, And I wish I had the words to express, What you’ve incidentally ripped apart. I can not believe the absurdities, Thou hast affirmed with thy sly serpents’ tongue, O’ methinks naught of your priorities, O’ methinks naught of the songs that you’ve sung. Expunge thy monogram from the roster, Yea cast your spurious focus elsewhere, ‘Tis plain well-being thee would not foster, And you raise naught but castles in the air. . . . For better or worse, yea love is oft blind, But even the sightless need peace of mind Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |
