 I watch the willy wagtail As he hovers above the ground On this perfect Autumn day I take in many sights and sounds Across the way I see some cattle As they graze beneath the sun While I share with you my thoughts Here with nature I'm at one I watch a gull glide gracefully As he heads on out to sea Here I feel so much contentment And much peace surrounding me The sun makes my eyelids heavy And warms me deep inside I spy a spur winged plover Amongst the grass he tries to hide This place is total relaxation And gives much inspiration to me I will remain here until nightfall And watch the sun set on the sea I am in motion |
