I swim with the dolphins in deep, blue seas,
I flit with the butterflies in warm, gentle breeze.
I reflect rays of sunshine like a buttercup,
I slip off to sleep when the moon comes up.
I soar with the eagles o'er mountains high,
I sway with the willows and sough their sigh.
I ebb and I flow with the ocean tides,
And fly with the seagulls along beach sides.
I rise with the songbirds at break of day,
I'm at one with Nature, each step of the way.
