Cloud War

Chunks of sky rain down.
Under battleship gray clouds,
Huge guns of thunder.

And that's the way it's been around here for the past few days.
Excellent Ed!

I usually cruise through a museum... looking quickly and moving on. But then I'll find a painting that holds me rapt for ages... as I try to absorb every detail.

I read poetry in much the same way... by now, I should be used to the way time stops when I read your words. *S*

If you're going to write so vividly, you really should furnish umbrellas. *S* This is superb!!!

Nicely done. Haiku is quite tough to do well.
You did it well!

This is the next thing I want to learn, mine are so bad I wouldn't put them here. That is especially embarassing for someone named Kazuo!

Ed

The rain was so gentle this morning...yet something in me heard and saw a sky like this, raw and open and wounded in battle.   Thank you for expressing it.

When the sky is full of clouds and free time is mine it can be interesting watching the clouds laying on my back on the grass...James
