Chariots White chariots race today With red and gold in spore display Racing towards horizons goal Through its gate into my soul I seek the glories of the sky Jockeying my thoughts imply Pacing me a daily run Underneath the giving sun I wander through the green of life Dancing to a players fife Picking flowers on the way Each and every precious day I know not how the answers lie I only know a life’s imply And I am drifting in a wend Where seems a superficial end? But life to me is more somehow Then furrowing a field in plough |
