There doesn’t seem to be too much left in the tank these days. I get up half-heartedly, Weary from lack of sleep. I lift my right arm as my left is still searching for some blood. My face feels numb, unkempt and unloved. My newborn legs struggle to keep up with my movements. As my eyes flicker and tick to destination sight, The day ahead fills me with sadness. “Same old same old” reverberates in my dusty mind. Maybe if I began peddling backwards I can get out of my life cycle. At this moment a glorious vision of my youth implodes within my memory bank. A wry grin comes like a tsunami to my wet drooled lips. This is the plateau of my day. |

And with that memory of youth, you found the right uplift.... and from that plateau the view is clear and encouraging. Very good write. Margherita |

Get those "newborn legs" peddling into a glorious vision of your future! Your tsunami grin put one on my face as well! As Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun, you must have lots of Apollonian power in you yet to be tapped! EA |
