Once in a while, you make a friend who becomes a larger part of you than you know...

DEBT

Just who are your friends?
Over time you find out
They’re always there to listen
And they never let you doubt

And when you’re in need
They help you meet your ends
They’re always there to be
The one who you depend

Well this one’s for you
And I’ll never forget
How you helped me get through
For that I’m in debt

You could have just gone
You were the only one left
The last one who tried
And didn’t care less

Over time we have parted
You’re still in the back of my mind
I still think bout how we started
I remember how you were kind

Well here I am now
I hope you still remember me
I want to repay your efforts
And be the best friend I can be
