The prayer’s been said, so let’s all eat, Please pass the tires, they can’t be beat, Try a Michelin, for it’s a treat, It’s really tasty, almost like meat. Now radials are tough and gooey, With steel belts they’re kind of chewy, All weather tires now they’re p-ewey. They leave a taste and chew sinewy. So I suggest the baked retread, Just watch for nails and eat some bread It helps the glass in tread’s inbed, Now eat it all, then you’ll be fed. For dessert, what can I say, The only choice, hub-cap souffle, The best of course are Chevolet, Our meal’s now done, so ciao, Good-day. |

...may I road-hazard a guess that this is as charming a write as you intended? Too cute! |

I realize I was driving on thin ice with the poem but sometimes the rubber needs to meet the road and sidewalling will not provide the necessary traction for a smooth ride on the highway of freewheeling poetic driveability, or as you might say this response is entirely without treadlife being as bald as the tires on an unemployed teenagers dodge dart and needs to be parked. but I do appreciate the responses. |
