Re: Memories

M. Freeman

A daughter and a dad, eating
in the photograph. Giggling
the child poses,
knowing
her fingers are his
bunny ears. He smiles
unaware. This is the last
together
forever.

(Written the day after last Easter
from looking at a photograph. The
girl died at the Ronald McDonald
House on Easter Day. Keep the children
in your thoughts and prayers.)

This is so sad...
But so real.
I go to a place called Dorenbecher Children's Hospital for a lot of my medical care. When I step in there are children all around me who are dying. It's so overwhelming to know that this sort of thing happens everyday. Well done writing of it...

Always, Alyssa

Tearing at the strings of my heart,
Yet this must be written of
Such a sad story, yet it is real...
Makes me realign my thoughts.
Thank you pictureme....

GG
health issues can be so trying on ones soul and yet with children seems more unfair. Keep up your faith.

pictureme,
Such pleasure mixed with so much agony. And so nicely blended. I won't forget...

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.
