Mix  impressions:
Solid scenes, or fluid feelings
Objects, or invisible subjects
*
with exuded emotions:
Love, hate, sweet, sour, joy,
Sad, indifferent-etcetera, add
*
a dollop of visible scenery:
Perhaps a mountain, bedroom, ocean
fog, heaven-hell, face or bog.
*
Add  herbs of movement:
Fast, slow, creep, crawl
drift, beckon-signal, shift.
*
Mix ingredients
In a brain sized kettle,
Let steep;
Do not worry
About
Exact measurements,
Throw out parts
That seem indigestible;
Serve what you keep.

You took the words right out of my mouth...
Or did you cook them up and feed them to me?!
My head hurts!

Lovely write!
