Listen to the sounds of nature
Watch the trees move with the breeze
As you sample love's sweet nectar
It will bring you to your knees

Touch the petals of a rose
So soft and so divine
Turn your face towards the sky
And feel the warm sunshine

Spend some time beside the ocean
There is so much to explore
Send love out into the world
As you open your heart's door

Be grateful for each day
For every breath that you take
We should be guided by love
Not by the money that we make

What you give is most important
Not what you might receive
You are capable of anything
In yourself you must believe

Life is not a dress rehearsal
So live to love and love to live
Treat each other with respect
From your heart you should give

Take a moment in each day
To savour every sight and sound
It is within the simplest things
That so much joy can be found
