Balladeer was sitting at the bar, just staring at his drink,
He sat there for over an hour, and it made Toerag think,
“Now’s the time to get back at ‘Deer for the things he’s done,”
So Toe sauntered over to ‘Deer to have himself some fun.

“Hi there, ‘Deer, pardon me, but I see you’re wasting that glass,
“I’ll take that drink if you don’t mind.” Then Toe drank it in one pass.
With that drink ‘Deer started to cry, the tears just wouldn’t stop,
Toerag said, “I was just kidding you, 'Deer. I’ll buy you another shot.”

‘Deer explained through his tears, “I’ve been awfully tired,”
“I slept in, missed an important meeting, my boss said I was fired.
“When I got to the parking lot, my car was nowhere in sight,
“And my car insurance had been canceled just the previous night.”

“I called a taxi for the ride home, I knew my wife would be upset,
“We’d just refinanced our home, and now we are deep in debt.
“When I got out of the taxi, and watched as he drove away,
“I realized my wallet was in the cab and I didn’t know the cabbie’s name.”

“Since I was coming home early, my wife was quite distressed,
“And so was the milkman, who was standing there completely undressed.
“And now you’ve come and downed the drink I had prepared especially
“With the rat poison I found, and I haven’t got any more for me.”

That ol’ Toe - you can’t trust that boy around your drinks - heh

...and that's the SECOND time he's done that!! The firt time was was with the urine sample I was taking to the hospital....doc was really mad!!

Poor Toerag just can't help himself to stop helping himself..
