The Inward Echo Horses run so free and wild Sacred as a storm Feminine comes with loving wild Yet holds within the norm Circles need the weight of stone To form the round complete Feminine is one that hones In change of story’s repeat Though try as might, stone’s been laid In highest arch, it seems Willow bends upon what was said To cover sleepy dreams Thoughts so strong, repeat the day And hears strong storms within Heavy are the hearts that say “All is well with all us men” …. Yet, men ask those very women When they are in deepest hold “What say you, oh dearest one,” And wait for words of gold As woman still in breach of sins Not hers, will answer as she can “You shall be all that once has been” As she eases thought of man. He will not heed to words she says But only think of one And woman works against the storm To keep the world as one. [This message has been edited by Sunshine (03-24-2004 10:40 AM).] |

"To keep the world as one" no role in statement scripture holy text ere defined the truth of woman as Six words knowing heart sent The world thanks you. And wonder if the Oxford or Websters shall add that to their definition of womanhood this or the next year. Oh this is marvelous Karilea, absolutely.. very touching. it's a keeper. M Beauty of the world which is soon to perish has two edges, one of laughter and one of anguish, cutting the heart asunder. |

Sunshine, I wrote a lengthy response to this, but apparently didn't send it. I thought I had. Tremendous piece here! Yes, I have the "wild" in me, actually it is probably the male influence that has given it to me, such as my grandfather,my mother who is an extension of my grandfather and some really good friends. I don't think I would have had as much innately if it weren't for inner-weavings of male acquaintenances who think differently than I. Our brains have been pretty well proven to work differently-perhaps difference in chemical production. I have to give credit to them for supporting the achievements I've had. Our differences ECHO, causing more to perceive and model. I do not work in the"business world" as per say. Anyway, where I work, it is mostly women who run the show. So, I guess I probably don't have the same view as most. [This message has been edited by Sadelite (03-25-2004 09:38 PM).] |
