Dwell upon me O gracious rain
that I might be cleansed, that
my soul might again grow from
the ashes.

Bath me O gracious light, that
I might be comforted by thy
warmth on this a day of chill.

For, fog has lain upon this heart
and dew has glistened eyes.And
a walk once steady, now stooped
struggles to rise, to walk...again.

Lift me in thine arms, stand before
me and whisper softly the name of
they who scoff, that I might forgive
those whose trespasses fall upon me
as muddied prints.

Lastly...
Sing a song of angels, for my aches
are many and to just once soar, soar
ever high the clouds, that I might again
feel whole....once more.

I am not an angel, but I know a few...I will ask them to help me sing for you.

I find myself asking for the same, very touching Barry~

There are moments when speech
is but a mouth pressed lightly and
humbly against the angel's hands.

There are angels in the world Mag...
and it takes one to know one.
Glad to see your words grace this place.

Magnus -- A dynamic write for sure and very meaningful for me, as well.  May the March rains wash you lily fresh and grow you tall.  .....iliana

Barry, "I Feel"...

You know how I regard your writing! I'm such a fan of your talent.

It appears an unfortunate fact of life that the greater the poet, the more the poet has had to experience, endure, and overcome...

Remember, "and this too shall pass". I say those words repeatedly ~ like a mantra ~ when I am going through difficult times. It does help.

Love & Light,
Linda
