I heard the message of your sigh upon the wind letting me know you are still within my thoughts and movements that cannot breathe nor move cleanly through the active light. Colors bury my mind in endless seas of rage, the passion of which condemn the hues to a few moments of bliss in red, orange and violet before moving in prism to space. The vastness I feel is fleeting, unaware of the horror I have become to myself, made manifest by the changing season soon to be upon my senses, how I pray for more rain and snow, to have peace. But knowing nothing is always an excuse, a rabid response to following a path of least resistance, and wanting to cross over to the harder truth that lays within our souls and screams for freedom. And here again, I hear your sigh from far away, in other lands that I want to cover and cannot, for other times I wish and have lost for other winds to find me, but only wanting one. |

I read a saw a man/poet writing about the simple fact/miracle of getting to know oneself and assuming responsibility for his life...a great attribute which spins us closer and closer to the answers, to ourselves and then reaches out to others. I think your just saying hello to you...which is a darn great achievement! I loved this write, thank you for sharing...many thoughts here to ponder and apply |

I believe you do indeed hear poetry upon those winds... such a passionate write of conviction, exploration and expression, such depth of emotion...These things are always at the heart of your poetry. Through the water ... through the rain ... to the soul of everything |

your beautiful poem reminded me of a song... wanted to go find it for you. Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders, it makes me want to touch you there, And the light in your eyes makes me feel like there's something much better out there ... Something kind . And I know, someday I might be looking around, trying to find some purpose Well purpose, it can't be that hard to find, as long as I've got the wind ... the wind and your love to carry me ... ... ... The wind and your love, to carry me, oh, to carry me, please carry me. ~Vertical Horizon~ Trying To Find Purpose |

You echo volumes of screams in silence that having known within you ask for silence Dave |
