Bitter mix, clouds my judgement
Tormented by my morality
seeing needs as selfish.

My hollow dependence beckons
freedom from self entrapment feeble
at wrong as I question my motives
longing freedom from self persecution

feel the need, wanting equality
fear physicality domineering
shamed by confusion, choice

Against better judgement
react, response, negatate
polar extremes never meeting

Hollow, or unfulfilled desire
satisfied to feel cheap
to hide, afraid to feel

welcome to the forum! very interesting first post! i liked this line-- "polar extremes never meeting" keep it up! I wish you would enjoy the poetry here as well.

Interesting first post. Got me to thinking. I smell smoke (lol).
Just loved this one. Hey, don't be afraid to feel. I've come to learn that expressing your feelings, especially through poetic pieces, is a very beautiful work of art. Keep painting pictures with your words.

This piece digs deep into the conscious mind and feelings of what it is to choose a path and follow it through.

I get the feeling this is somehow linked to a relationship of some kind, a kind where the pair of you seem to fake it in order for the thing to even come close to last.

It has some very interesting approaches and sometimes the very time signature changes in multitudes. ONe moment it is one phrase before it breaks down into a slow and fragmented read before picking up again.

It is a fascinating piece and I enjoyed it, welcome.
