My heart is free to breathe, ready to filter love, it does not linger on my sleeve, Time to let you go away, fly towards the sun, it was never meant to stay, So many good things and bad, ones I will teasure, some happy and some sad, I am ready now, I am strong, to be free to love again, no chains, no right or wrong, Just life moving on, hearts letting go you were not the one, Always will you be a part, of my life, my love, time helps to heal a heart, It is now the end, i perceive, hands touch for one more goodbye, I take a long deep breath, For now I am free to breathe.... Open your eyes, open your mind, open your heart, let me come in and show you love.....~ARH |

oh wow...so Many feelings expressed right here that I know all to well...When you are finally at that letting go point it is kind of like being able to breathe again, I never thought of it that way, thanks for the different view point. I loved the poem, I could go on and on about it but I'll just end by saying that it says what I've been trying to say(and failing to say) about an old love for quite some time. Beautiful... ~Live and Laugh~ Because of you I laugh a little harder, smile a little more, and cry a little less |
