In my world of flesh and bone, There are a few who know I write I even let them see a poem, When by chance I get one right. By one of the few, I was inquired, Why I had not written, Of a first born of a first born, A baby boy with whom I’m smitten. I had no answer because I’ve tried, And in my efforts failed, I know not why my muse has left me, High and dry, my words curtailed. In my mind, there is no answer, Except for one- it’s to me occurred, Perhaps some feelings are too strong, To write with mortal word. |

Perhaps some feelings are too strong, To write with mortal word. and thats the best way to describe the love for our children! you did your son justice! very very lovely |
