I can't write at this time My mind hasn't slept in days My subconscious is tormenting me In a hundred different ways My thoughts don't listen to me And the last time everything was this scattered I went out of my mind As my entire being was shattered I don’t like sitting in limbo Just waiting for……… And I don’t know what But at the end I asked for more The pain that consumes me When ever I start to slip away Just makes me recede in my mind And latches on to stay Seen as a welcome comfort Time to relax at a pleasant place It’s just my own illusion A big excuse to cover my face Now I live without the mask I see the entire road in fount of me Its not that I can tell the future But I know it's all reality Man I hate just waiting With my mind searching for more I hope there is a time for me other than Just waiting for……….. |

i liked the boldened parts. i would advise you to take out the "man" and casual words like that. it's a good poem though, especially with the words in bold. good work. -alex now im alone, but not lonely like before |
