This began as more of a song than a poem... can you tell I'm in love? The sun was shining when my heart cried out to you. I was dying - dying to know the truth. The rain was falling in my heart and mind, and I was weeping the day you said goodbye. The sun was shining when you smiled back at me. I was dying - dying to be free. The rain was pouring upon my flooded soul, and I was weeping the day you made me whole. The sun is shining sparkling in your eyes. If I die now it will be worth the fight. The rain is stopping my smile is not pretend, and I'm not weeping For today you hold my hand. For you... are everything to me. You are my hopes and wishes, every dream to be. And you control the weather of my heart. For you are my sun, you are the light to my dark. |

Wow, I wonder what inspired you to write this. Well done--a nice walk throughout all kinds of weather. Keep it up! By the way, nice to see you here again. ~sky Hold on, if you feel like letting go |
