Individual shards of glass, Imbedded in my skin. Each one standing for a tear. A tear I’ve shed for you. As I walk further, I feel the pain, As each piece digs deeper. Don’t think it tickles. With each step, I grow weaker, I look back and see, Each bloody footprint that Tell the tales of suffering, Of torment, Of lies, Of hatred, Of defeat. They’re scarlet, Almost black. Weariness catches up with me, And I fall to the ground, The world around me falls with me… I’m covered in ice-cold sweat, But safe. My skin tingles, From where the shards were. Just a dream….. But to real for my liking. Tell me, how does it feel, to treat me like you do?~Orgy |

Nice write I really liked it because of the picture it created in my mind and because of the emotion you put into it. ~*~Karen~*~ |
