Times of sadness and anger, Can be over come, Take refuge, In a friend or a loved one. When you think the world has turned on you, Find that one special friend, They will help you to, Find your way back through to the end. When you feel alone and empty, Take a look inside, You will always find, That there is something that, Lies firmly in your mind. When you feel that all you have Left are the bad memories, Take them and throw them out, They are not worth a pout. Focus on the good, And not the bad, Because in the end, You will only end up sad. Show your friends that you care, Make them feel welcome, You never know, When they could use, A hand with despair. |

another great poem. You can pull off the rhyming which is hard to do and to get the point across. " I think I got a tan from the light in which i was basking." |

Can I suggest trying the next poem you write to be a non-rhyming one? Not that these are bad, but try one where you dont have to worry about words fitting with the rhyme, and you can just say how you feel. Just a suggestion |
