this is long i know im sorry about that.
but i just had to write this and couldnt see how i could shorten.

and i wanted to show to u guys

A fight about to happen, in the dark of night
A war to be settled, in domain without light
What is to be decided, its stakes all too high
Those to fight, have always to be willing to die
   A battle long foretold
Soon to take place
About to unfold
In deaths sweet embrace

An ancient fight that will hit them where they are weak
that will force them to admit cowardness of every defeat
Try to tear them apart, rip them to shreds
See what they love most at stake, left for dead
Two, brought up to this way
Willing, Prepared to fight forever to the end
Hate grows in their hearts by day
Both to pay for things they can’t comprehend

The Ones who will battle already been named
Sharing blood, girl-child, warrior, one and the same
Both brought up for a destiny, to lead certain lives
When young, taught to be, gave ultimate sacrifice
        However different they may claim
In the way that they grew up, and lived early life
        Truthfully they were pretty same
Though doesn’t matter each other as they would fight

The Girl-child, who also is a young queen, very newly crowned
Dark hair, reddish tint, fierceness in her eyes, to her people bound
Her stakes are crystal clear if she loses, then her life she gives
Closest friend, innocent but by birth held, this so her will live
The one who means the most, doomed by birth
To hold such a title wanted by many living souls
The young queen keeping safe from the grave dirt
Knowing dark one out to get her, drop her in a hole

Between, the heir’s life, and the queens, choice is clear
Different offer, exchange of life, faced with fate no fear
Regal queen, naked sword in hand, held high above
Fighting, her distant cousin, both for what they love
One is only to save innocent friends from being harmed
Long ago, a woman was thrown out in pain
Dark daughter fights, revenge, her mother cut down unarmed
Her mother fled, her people turned away in shame

Deep betrayal, she had committed not to be forgiven
She ran to the dark, name of exile she was given
Two girls each hold swords unmasked
Sword gilded gold, curved, steel backed
Deadly, but for the daughters of old, it’s a dance
Each opportunity each risk, every little chance
They neither know how this will end, in blood or in death
All one knows, they win or no longer will they draw breath

Hey Rhia,

I enjoyed reading this part^^. I like how you put this poem in "story" form. It was a pleasurable read. Something I will read more than once, i'm sure.

It's not the kind of thing I usually like but I found that this poem was interesting enough that I'm willing to read it again and again.

Thanks a bunch for sharing!
