The Reasons She Cries

There's tears in her eyes
That continue to fall
She just wants to run
And get away from it all

But thats not the way out
It's just a temporary fix
But she needs a way
To help her deal with it

She's confused to no end
So she finds her own
She's surrounded by people
But she feels so alone

But her end is no good
Because she's to scared to try
So she holds on to her troubles
And continues to cry

Her friends are there
But she pushes them away
Why she doesn't know
Because she wants them to stay

But thats what she does
She's afraid to be hurt
Wven with all that's happening
Losing a friend would be worse

She doesn't understand
Her own feelings within
More keep being added
It's looking harder to win

They're all building inside
The secrets that she keeps
Maybe if she could let some out
She would no longer weep

But she can't let go
She's got nothing to say
Maybe someday it will be better
She just has to wait for that day

So she'll sit there in silence
And continue to cry
She'll watch everything
As her world passes by

i like it...i think the end is a PERFECT way to pull it all together...its kinda a sad poem, but its really good. = )

wow, that was breathtaking, and i can so relate to that. i can be like that alot. lucky for me my friends no me well enough by now that they dont let me push them away.

that one was so beautiful, in a sad way.

This is really good. I can relate to it, I can be like that alot. Luckily enough for me my friends know me well enough that they don't let me push them away. I could really see it in my minds eye as I read it.
