Life and Death

It was an ordinary day
I lived life like I usually do
Always speeding to do new things
Never wanted to be alone
Until that day
Where something I didn’t know of was coming
Something big was going to happen
Something big was going to dreadfully change my life forever
Until it finally happened
It was death
Death was calling me
I was barely hanging on for life
It all happening so fast
I look into deaths eyes for the first time
I was only a child back then
A child frighten of what could happen next
Then I realized how much life really mattered
How much it should be treasured
And not thrown away like pitiful mortals do
I was never supposed to encounter death that night
Not at that age
Days go by and still God has not shown me reason
Why I suffered the way I did
And why I still suffer
I have not committed any treasons any wrong actions
Why Lord why me
Something was supposed to happen that night
But luckily I didn’t
The Good Lord has spared my life
And took me into his arms an nourished me back to health
That night I looked into devil’s eyes
But I also looked into my savior eyes…God
Someone told me “God is infinite in his capacity to forgive”
I did not know the meaning of those profound words
Until I came close to death
Now there is no need to question
God’s existence and why he does the things he does
Because I am now in sync with God

This is so beautiful... I think if more people realized how precious life was, we wouldn't waste so much of it.
We would live to apprecate...

Good job, it made me stop and thank God for the beauty of life
