why is my life a curse?
when i try to do what my heart tells me to do everything changes. all i want is protection. my aunt sheryl is always in my face about something i didn't do or didn't do right. every night i lay in bed and cry because of the misury that my life has been put through. i have no happiness. sometimes i am so depressed that the only thing that i can think of is the worst of my life. i scream out to God and pray that he will here me and give us a home of our own. but i guess he's to busy to listen to my petty little problems but thats nothing compared to other people such as woman getting raped or beat. my aunt sheryl is an alcoholic, during weekends she is unbarable to be around.

This is a really sad poem. I like it, maybe because I can relate to it. My mom is an alcoholic and not just on the weekends. And for the past three years my life has been going down hill. At nights I wonder if it will get better.

I'd like to read the rest of it.
