Osteoperosis Never Beat Muscular Dystrophy

I have been finding out
that the strongest arms
are the ones whose bones are
most frail.
The muscles strain just to
hold it all together,
waiting for a reason for
full collapse.
Not all our lives can be held
together
in such striated ways.

Alex, It's been awhile.... Glad to see you haven't lost your muse. Well-done, always enjoy your work, it's never even close to the same twice.
