And here you are again
     teasing my wayward soul
where you are embedded        deep
   where i can not escape
            the longing
for it to be my face    that feels your gentle touch
    my eyes    you let yourself be captivated by
   again       with the longing
Wrenching
    it is much harder to handle now
Why is it me making you laugh   but not holding you
   tight?
How can i love you so fiercly    and not be called
   yours?
Why is it my passion   and devotion
   that thrives on the titillating scent
      of your very existence
Why do i stand    with one hand reaching out
waiting     to lead you off to our happy ending

And why are you the only one
   that can shatter my will    or drive my existence toward the hope     maybe a lost hope
Yet i drive on     fueled by a mystic aura
emanating from where you
are embedded      deep in my heart
