THE LIGHT By: Olia Levin 11/12/03 Im sitting here thinking As I look all around Everyday normal people But are they really found? Everyday normal people And everyday they usually talk But how can a body be a live If they don’t learn to walk? I look at them all And this is what I see A cold and hardened world Is right before me. People sitting, talking But not moving at all They are safe in their little bubble Because they don’t want to fall. Pastor’s they are preaching But there is no light at all Thinking that they can have their way But they already did fall. That safe and cozy bubble It has been already popped So why are you seeking a hiding place When this sin should be stopped. Why are you walking away? When the world is seeking a light Why don’t you get right out there? And shine your light so bright. Go up the hill and hit the city That lies in evils eyes Put on that armor given by God Get rid of evils nasty spies. Get out and bring the love of God That you were once taught For you are the light of this world That light that even you have forgot. tell me what you think, it just kinda came up in my head right now. |

i really liked the idea, it seemed forced out though, some of the lines didnt make sense. try to let it flow, it it doesnt flow out of you, take a break and come back to it-alex now im alone, but not lonely like before |
