I cry now that you're out of my life I cry that this time has gone by I've lost the strength, the energy to fly I ask God over and over why Why you were taken away? While you're out of reach I can't touch your precious face The memories cannot be erased I still think of you when I'm in this place You've disappeared without a trace And life is hard for me to face These tears of being without you Flood my life and bring me pain I loved you so endlessly You were a blessing sent from Heaven to me And now I feel like I've lost everything It's hard to breathe in this air and sing Without you right next to me Your smile and your voice Always took hold of me You were the King and I was the Queen And I thought you'd never leave But now it's just a fantasy No longer a reality Tiffany Evangeline [This message has been edited by Evie (10-02-2003 09:56 PM).] |

this poem had a good topic and described the feelings really well. but i didn't like is that much where was a place that i had to struggle to read it felt like i had to read that same thing twice other than that is was good. keep righting |

i liked it, reminded me of one i wrote long long ago. love, when born, is a beautiful thing, it becomes such a curious thing, and enevitably a dangerous thing, but when its over its hits you, its an imaginary thing! love is a word made from every emotion. you hit quite a bit for such a short peice. good job, keep expanding your creativity, and dont stop writing! |
