I don't know why I can't get through...
to you.

I don't want to see your face,
don't want to feel your cold embrace.

I'm not gonna give you one "minute to explain".

'Cause I know that one minute will quickly fade into another.
Time stops for no one.

So-
No more "goodnight sweetheart's";
and no more "see ya in the morning".
'Cause I won't be there waiting.

No more sneaking over late at night;
just because you miss me.
'Cause that window of opprotunity- will be locked.

Time is ready for goodbye.
