A Little Modesty Among The Heretics Some distant shore (with fish screaming "poverty, Where are you?") knows my name. It longs for a slight kiss of my will. Beige huts shudder from child birth as nine year olds emerge. Their skin has been stylistically bleached by an impersonal disease. Their teeth are dull next to their epidermis, but what smiles... We are all lepers in heart and soul, bleached white to cover our sins. Maybe it's time to finally heal. |
