The dark side of the moon

Well, something a bit different from all of my other posts. This one is a vent too, but a positive one. An electric one. This was inspired by a dream I had where I was playing in front of a large crowd, on stage.
***************************************************

From the moment the first note is sounded,
Till the last chord slowly dies away,
You're lost in the wall of sound,
The sonic ecstasy of love and life,
Loving life... that's the feeling you get,
When the song is over.
Leaving with a warmth in your heart,
Burning from the adrenaline in your veins,
The sweat pouring from your body,
Every ounce of your being in tune.
In tune with the sound of thousands of hearts
Acting as percussion to the power chords,
Acting as emphasis to every riff, run, lick and solo.
So get out on stage,
Feel the white hot light,
Get lost in it,
And give'em hell kid...

this sounded like something the lead singer of Lostprophets would write. There's not too much of a point to this, but oh well.

I read this probably a month ago, and am way
overdue in replying.  I too, thought the last
line was a connection to MCR.  Whether or not
it is, this is still an awesome poem.  And yes,
you have spent it properly.
