i'm 18 i can't handle this
dialysis today rest tomorrow
dialysis again when will it end?

3 years passed by
same ole routine
but today feels different

i got a call
they found a match
my life will change
i havea second chance

i'm in the room
waiting for my turn
they come and get me
"Robin it's time to get get that new kidney"

i smile and nod
life will be better
goodbye dialysis
goodbye surgery
hello to a new life

i'm 22 and still going strong
the kidney saved me
and now i get to live again
so here i am to say
welcome to my life
