Aerial Collisions (on the corners of love and ) Opaque mirrors show our darkest sides, But you must face forward To see the void inside of the eye. Listeners know the wisdom in silent years, The fear of the unthinkable, And that every coin has two sides of tears. This letter to myself must have the wrong name For it bears all of my false dreams And the tunnel plummetting to nothing fame. Tunnelvision...Tunnelvision again The tunnel explodes into my inner sigh, Shell casings twinkle on the floor again. This is the other side of our best dreams, The other side of passionate wishes and more kisses, I'm no king, but you're not the princess you seem to be. |
