Am i a passer by, a man on the sidewalk, a spot at in the corner of your eye ....How am I just a passer by? Well i've taken a vacation from the road you've chosen to walk I've taken a simple detour Am I a simpleton, a simple conversation, an excuse to glance at your watch ....How am I just a simpleton? Well I've taken a second listen to the thoughts you've chosen to share I've taken a simple moment Am I a do or die, a candle in the light, a clutter in your life ....How am I a do or die? I've taken a vacation from the additude that chooses to ignore I've taken a simple detour, a simple moment, away from myself |
