I sit on the cold sidewalk With a vale of smoke clouding the air You walked by with no notice As if you didn’t step over me sitting there The power made between us Like a rubber ban to tightly wound Is breaking ever so slowly As we both deny the sound Each word is a stabbing pain Your tightening barbed wire around my hart The fragile world I’ve let you in You use your nails to take apart Every time our gazes connect You shoot beams from your eyes Your ears have seem to stop hearing my voice No matter how loud the cries You don’t realize the pain you cause Every time I talk to you And my therapists are telling me That love only works for two But I just go one loving you For reasons you’ve never asked why I’ll never reveal the love I have Because we can’t be together And I don’t want it to make you cry if it doesn't sound right read out-loud, i think it sounds different and better when you live you begin to die |

I really liked your poem because you described everything so amazingly. Because of all the descriptions and details I really felt like I was sitting right there watching you. Great job. Can't wait to read more! |

Great job. You truely have a talent. I especially like the "The power made between us Like a rubber ban to tightly wound" Awesome. Keep it up ~*To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path and don't worry about the darkness for that is when stars shine oh so bright !~ |
