TODAY AND TOMORROW I stubbed a toe this morning Against a wooden stair I breathed deep and filled my lungs With fresh polluted air I cursed aloud an angry sound I thought of mother nature I always tear her forests down What difference if I hate her? I took the daily break of fast Varied, processed fresh I watch the latest miseries Always unimpressed I'm ready for another day Stepped outside my cares Auto-pilot for the mind All I am just disappears I interact obediently Following the code Know the beat of my routine My social node If dreamlike cares will whisper close No good Regular, steady, working drone Do should When day is over Time to sleep Returned always, in dreams, to me |

Very true! Sad isn't it?? Good job! We spend our whole lives trying to live, only to realize that we don’t know what life is truly about until it is too late. |
