I've submerged myself in sadness, Not happiness, maybe madness, I've sank into oblivion, Didn't ask for an opinion or permission, Just went into submission couldn't help but unveil my dominion as it lurks around the corner knocking on my door, what a bore, sometimes I give into this tuition, yet it doesn't hide from the sound of coalition, waiting in the dark, I find a light breeze of blackness hovering over my heart,as I pull my cloak about me covering the mark, No I did not ask for the procession of my duly held confession, it's just a matter of the ache that cuts across the brain, I know some would thank me mad, no by far I am sane, just clearly mundane, It's just the normal that keeps me insane, Though I know you find that lame, Sometimes in the mist of the storm, the lightning brings a chill into tranquility as it seems, My reality but for a twinkling of a moment, May last for a lifetime of todays. |
