An obsession...such thinking! I continue to ponder relentlessly - BUT WHY? Tiring and grueling, my head won't stop spinning I can't ever stop...though I endlessly try... Horrible visions...so menacing and undoing! How can I think that! What if...could it be? So many thoughts keep collecting and pooling Might a compulsive act erase my anxiety? The emotional pain is tremendously crushing... I cave inside – my soul fearful, erased, Controlled by the demon’s clutch, never-ending- Until I decide to commit an act of escape. Without thought I unleash the plan I can bear. Irrelevant, the self-harm, once the act is done... My shell broken flows with blood and with tears, The devil again has most certainly won. (I wrote this poem when my bf and I were using...thanks for reading, P) |

this line to me is amazing... Until I decide to commit an act of escape. an act of escape...those 4 words are so meaningful to me and a great way to explain that situation... |
