This Weight As always, there is this weight. My feet sinking so far down I barely move much anymore. I know about the heads turning, I know there are whispers. I watch the ground when I walk. There is no need to look up to know where I am going. My rage, My screams, never break the surface. They just fester and eat away at who I was. As always, there is this weight. Yoin |

i really liked this one and had to read it a few times to really let it sink in. sometimes you just gotta let out all that stuff bottled inside. the last verse really hit deep: "My rage, My screams, never break the surface. They just fester and eat away at who I was." stay strong and keep up the good work “I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not.” -Kurt Cobain RIP |
