In agony tearing out your hair dying child we die in unison you reach out one last time wide eyes your hair blows wildly in the wind desperation the world isn't real just something else to get over our illusion so hard to explain when no ones listening I cant live like this anymore even though I cry you couldn't tell watching not even from the first row I scream my song scaring your heart but will you remember the way I do? I write it out with bloodstained fingertips Despair I want to send you something stronger stabbing into my heart the microphone I'll slay this moment forever emotion overwhelming I don't even try to hide it anymore slow lie it drips into my bloodstream every things going to be ok thats what you say stroking my body I've too many ______ tendencies? the crowd cheers as I cut to the bone I don't think they understand I'm smiling, I'm crying, I'm bleeding trembling I'm tired how long must I stay awake how long till your done I scream the fog rolls in I'm not afraid to die end my suffering desolation abused marionette I continue to play these strings watching you from across the stage watch my hands cold fingers brush away traces of tears you want to break me don't you careful kiss me in the stage light before the curtain falls the people around us they aren't real disoriented, clawing at yourself blood gushing from your mouth |
