Is this your destiny to lie among the rest gasping for breath struggling to stand Your lungs are strong Your legs able to move on but your heart is broken screaming inside but never spoken How long will you lie lie there wallowing in it lie there believing in it waiting for someone to save you slowly "he" rubs your throat as you swallow the pill the seed of chaos coaxing you into your cage You carry it inside of you a seed, a twinkling void slowly blossoming into a rift seperating truth from reality then he came smiling wide radiant blue eyes, pastel lies your reason to live your reason to die then he left you bleeding bereft of the things you gave making more room for the void it pulsated with dark fervor you turned to the bottle you went full throttle life at full speed only to fill the need and then you fell into the darkness you watered and nurtured you laid down, the weight too much to bear Until "he" came with "the only" way out the sharp metal instrument of your escape he warned you not to shout only to let the wounds gape Is this your destiny to lie among the rest gasping for breath struggling to stand |

Oh wow, this was very powerful. The words impacted me. Amazing write, loved these lines: you turned to the bottle you went full throttle life at full speed only to fill the need |

I loved the flow of the words but will have to read again to get the full impact. Maggie |
