There is a pale snowglobe, That I know -- A few ladders from just here. It is where I come and go, To sleep When I am convinced I have to run. But you think I’m odd, different, To you To all your friends. So when I sit inside nirvana, I watch As you harvest bullets from the earth. My snowglobe walls, Are slender But they are audacious. So when the pockets, Are empty You shrug at me and turn away. You offered me empathy always, But you-- --You never understood. If you had really wanted my blood To spill You would have remembered that I always unlock my door. *Hello (again). Come on God, do I seem bulletproof? |

why why why!! you are so amazing courtney. no matter the strength of the real emotion that motivates you to write, whether it be a personal experience or a fictional fantasy, your writing SPEAKS TO ME! haha. yes, yes it does. it is brilliant. I always come out armed with a smile! especially your sweet sweet endings. ESPECIALLY this one Oh CVR i think you definitley belong here. as long as we laugh out loud, laugh like we're mad. because this crazy, mixed up beauty is all that we have. |
