I can't imagine my life being different I can't imagine it being any other way You see I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place I can't imagine my escape -- I can't imagine ever being perfect I can't imagine being anyone other then myself You see I know I'll fail before I try I can't imagine ever meeting anyones expectations -- I can't imagine that I'll ever be happy I can't imagine ever being loved You see I don't believe I'm worthy I can't imagine ever having any self-esteem -- I can't imagine my life being different I can't imagine it any other way You see I'm stuck in my own private Hell I can't imagine ever escaping... I think this poem speaks for itself... |

I can relate to this poem. It's like you took the thoughts out of my head and wrote them done. Excellent piece! |

Aww, this poem sounds so hopeless! At this point you start to question why you are even alive… I like it! For some odd reason I like hopeless poems, it’s something that, I’m sure, everyone can relate to at one point or other in their lives. I’m not sure if I can relate right now, since I have my up and downs on this, but since I could relate before I loved reading this… "You see I know I'll fail before I try I can't imagine ever meeting anyones expectations --" one of my favorite parts! The reason being because I feel the same way a lot of the time. I'll never live up to what the world deems I should be and I fail constantly... I'm glad I don't feel alone in this! Great job on this poem, it was nicely written! Yet, once again, Thanks for sharing, I can't wait to read more  @-->--- |
