Vampire In Light I am abolished in the light. Its not that I haven’t tried to get away. The sun shines down on my dark soul Breaking my thoughts, and I just cant breathe. Torture consumes me, Pain overwhelms the essence of my soul. I become the definition of hate. Animosity takes my 5 senses under its wing. I disappear into nothing but total bliss… The malady of this life is so surreal Is all so much, like a stab with a knife; A noose tight around my brain. My dreams of agony were really Messengers of Truth. Prophets of my Reality and Bringers of Melancholy and Darkness. A wound cut deep Sprinkled with salt. The knife cuts deeper. Slicing deep into my heart. A needle in through my arm. My screams are heard through my coffin top. The coffin is opened to reveal me. The light shines bright, This is what its like to be A vampire in the light. |

Nice work there! Loved the first stanza and the second the best. Hollow. I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad. The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had. - Gary Jules, Mad World. |

really interesting write... loved it tho..... keep ones like this comin Ruth live life as if your going to die tomorow....... but love as if your going to live forever...... |
