My old land lord won't rent the property that our old mobile home is on to my Uncle Steve because he isn't married to his girlfriend Michelle. Yet he rents to druggies, drunks and women of the night. ![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Why is it some people Like only people of one race But cannot like people Of another race? I do not understand Why a person can rent land To druggies, drunks and hoes And can't rent it to a person Who is not married to a woman And yet they are still raising A family together Why are people mean like that Why can't they treat everybody The way they like to be treated Why do they turn down the needy For people who not worthy And who don't want help for their problems People need to learn To love everybody They need to learn To treat people with compassion And help those who really What their help I hate prejudice Why can't we all Just get along Cold hands means a warm heart |

I agree with this poem. I'd have pulled out a sword and said to the landlord, "Rent me the [CENSORED] house or see what a samurai does to his enemies." ![]() What is life without poetry and adventure? |
